Rotary drive suitable for damper drive and other industrial applications.
These drives are capable of continuous modulation and precision control.
Available in torque output ratings up to 5200 lb-ft.
As well as having the normal Beck design features, the Group11 drive crank arms are designed to travel through a full 100 degrees of travel.
If the driven machines full travel is less than the crank arm, then a mechanical advantage is gained across the stroke of the system.
This, coupled with the ability to position the crank arm to start anywhere in the full 360 degrees of the output shaft, mean that the actuators  output torque can be distributed to the best mechanical advantage of the driven machine.

 
 
Ideally suited for large fan and damper applications, these drives are capable of continually modulating both static and dynamic loads up to 8000 lb-ft of torque.
Timing is adjustable from 15 to 300 seconds making it ideal for ID and FD fan systems.
Like the Group 11 above, the Group 22 carries all the standard Beck features, including the 100 degree flexible positioned crank arm.

Engineered for direct coupling to quarter turn ball, plug or butterfly valves, the Group 11 Quarter Turn Rotary Drive offers precise, reliable and consistant positioning of the valve. The drive is available in torque ratings up to 1800 lb-ft

 



 


Group 31 Rotary Actuator

 

 


The Group31 is a compact designed actuator for use with small quarter turn ball and butterfly valves.
It incorporates all the features normally found in the larger Beck drives, to provide precise control with low maintenance and operational costs.
The actuator is able to provide up to 30 lbs-ft of torque.
