Motor and Gear Train
Unique no-burnout motors for continuous modulation. There are no duty limitations typically found on other electric actuators. - Motor reaches full speed and torque in less than 50 milliseconds and stops within 25 milliseconds, eliminating deadtime.
- Will not coast or overshoot.
- All wide face spur gear construction virtually eliminates backlash, lubricated for life.
- Minimum step size 0.10% configurable.
Electronics and Positioning Device
- Factory Calibrated smart digital control electronics.
- Contactless Position Sensor,no wearing parts,directly coupled to the gear train
- No torque switches required.
- HART or Fieldbus Foundation communication technologies available.
- Local Handswitch.
Enclosure
- Precision machined enclosure dust tight weatherproof to NEMA 4X; IP68, 3 metres/48 hours.
- Modular design with all compartments seperated.
- Robust drop in design for easy installation.
- Can be mounted in any orientation.
