We are able to demonstrate most of our drives by bringing them to you location.This really is the best way to appreciate the simplicity of the drives, and understand the operational precision they offer. All we need is a 240VAC power supply a desk/bench, a few of your engineers and 20 minutes of your time.......guaranteed they will be converted to Beck!!!

Site Survey
A visit to site is often the best way to fully understand the clients needs, and understand the process requirements. We offer a comprehensive site survey/application review service for all clients. Combined with our specification writing service and link assist facility, we are able to manage your requirements from initial enquiry through to final installation and commissioning.
Specification Writing
With many years experience of applying electric actuators to process systems, we are able to produce custom made specifications to enable the client to purchase the correct equipment.

Valve Specification Assistance
We work with most of the leading valve manufacturers worldwide. Contact us with your valve requirement and we will work to ensure that you receive the correct valve/actuator assembly for your application.
In addition we will assemble the valve and actuator and fully calibrate the assembly in our factory facility, therefore supplying to the customer a simple on-site drop in installation.
Troubleshooting
As our drives are constructed with no-burnout motors, sealed electronics, and durable spur gears, they require NO periodic maintenance.
In the event that a problem does occur, there are a number of methods to initiate a troubleshooting process.
Most drives are equipped with HART® communication technology that allows non intrusive diagnostics and problem solving. In addition a full troubleshooting process, including diagnostic flow charts are available in instruction manuals supplied with the drive, and available on line.
Combined with 24/7 telephone assistance, most problems can be quickly and easily overcome.

Spares Support
Due to the durability of our drives, there are very few 'recommended' spares.
Strategic spares are stocked within the UK, for all operational units with the European region, ensuring a fast efficient service when it is most required.
Field Service Engineers
Field Service Engineers are available to assist customers with their Installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of the actuators as required.
